Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how the Android app Pet Keypad (“the App”) handles information. Pet Keypad is a customizable keyboard (Input Method Editor) with cute pets, themes, and stickers, distributed on Google Play. You do not need to create an account with us to use the App.

2. Information stored on your device

The following stays locally on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall:

• Selected keyboard theme, pet, mascot, and color preferences
• Typing settings (sound, vibration, key pop-up, auto-capitalize, auto-correct, key size)
• Gems balance and unlock progress (when in-app purchases are enabled)
• Language and tutorial completion state
• Keyboard layout sync data shared between the main app and the IME service via local storage

We do not operate a Pet Keypad user-account backend. Use Clear app data or uninstall to delete this local data.

3. Keyboard input — what we do NOT collect

Keyword reactions (for example typing “haha” or “love”) are processed on your device to trigger pet animations. We do not send your keystrokes or typed words to our servers.

4. Clipboard

The keyboard toolbar may include a Paste action. When you tap it, the App reads the current clipboard text once to insert it into the active text field. Clipboard content is not uploaded to our servers and is not stored by Pet Keypad beyond the paste action.

5. Stickers and sharing

You can send sticker images from the keyboard to other apps (for example chat apps) using Android’s share intent. The image is passed to the app you choose. Pet Keypad does not upload sticker images to our servers.

6. Purchases (Google Play)

In-app purchases (gems, premium themes, remove ads — when available) are processed by Google Play Billing. Payment details are handled by Google, not by us. Google may share purchase tokens and product IDs needed to unlock items. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising

The App may show ads using Google AdMob (for example banner or rewarded ads on the main app screen). AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, and interaction data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where allowed.

Where required (for example in the EEA/UK), we may use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent before personalized ads. You can limit ad personalization in Android settings (Google → Ads).

8. Analytics and crash reporting

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand feature use (for example theme selected, sticker sent, settings changed) and to fix crashes. These services may process device identifiers and diagnostic logs. We do not use them to read or transmit what you type on the keyboard.

9. Data we do not collect

• Typed text / keystrokes sent to our servers
• No email / password login required
• We do not upload your photo or video library
• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not collect precise location for Pet Keypad features

10. Children

Pet Keypad is not directed at children under 13 and is not in Designed for Families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us directly, contact us and we will delete it where applicable.

11. Data retention & your choices

• Local data: until you clear app data or uninstall
• Analytics, ads, and crash logs: according to Google’s retention policies
• Disable Pet Keypad as your default keyboard in Android Settings at any time
• Email us about analytics-related requests (include app version and approximate dates of use)

12. Third-party services

• Google Play / Google Play Billing
• Google AdMob
• Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
• Google Play Services

Each service has its own privacy policy for data they process.

13. Changes

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.

1. Chúng tôi là ai

Chính sách này mô tả cách app Android Pet Keypad xử lý thông tin. Pet Keypad là bàn phím tùy chỉnh (IME) với pet dễ thương, theme và sticker, phát hành trên Google Play. Không bắt buộc tạo tài khoản với chúng tôi.

2. Dữ liệu lưu trên máy bạn

• Theme bàn phím, pet, mascot, màu đã chọn
• Cài đặt gõ: âm thanh, rung, phím nổi, viết hoa tự động, sửa lỗi, cỡ phím
• Số gems và tiến độ mở khóa (khi có IAP)
• Ngôn ngữ và trạng thái hoàn thành hướng dẫn
• Dữ liệu sync giữa app chính và dịch vụ bàn phím qua bộ nhớ cục bộ

Dữ liệu chỉ lưu cục bộ. Dùng Xóa dữ liệu app hoặc gỡ cài để xóa.

3. Nội dung gõ phím — chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập

Phản ứng từ khóa (vd. gõ “haha”, “love”) xử lý trên máy để hiện animation pet. Không gửi chuỗi gõ lên máy chủ của chúng tôi.

4. Clipboard

Toolbar bàn phím có thể có nút Dán. Khi bạn bấm, app đọc clipboard một lần để chèn vào ô nhập. Nội dung clipboard không tải lên server và không lưu lâu dài.

5. Sticker và chia sẻ

Bạn có thể gửi ảnh sticker từ bàn phím sang app chat qua intent chia sẻ của Android. Pet Keypad không upload sticker lên server.

6. Mua trong ứng dụng

IAP (gems, theme premium, tắt quảng cáo — khi có) do Google Play Billing xử lý. Thông tin thanh toán do Google xử lý, không do chúng tôi lưu.

7. Quảng cáo

App có thể hiện quảng cáo qua Google AdMob (banner, rewarded trên màn app chính). AdMob có thể dùng Advertising ID. Ở EEA/UK có thể hiện form đồng ý UMP trước ads cá nhân hóa.

8. Analytics và crash

Chúng tôi dùng Firebase Analytics và Crashlytics để hiểu cách dùng app (theme, sticker, cài đặt) và sửa lỗi. Không dùng để đọc hoặc gửi nội dung bạn gõ trên bàn phím.

9. Dữ liệu chúng tôi không thu thập

• Chuỗi gõ phím / keystrokes lên server
• Không bắt buộc đăng nhập email/mật khẩu
• Không tải thư viện ảnh/video lên server
• Không bán thông tin cá nhân
• Không thu thập vị trí GPS

10. Trẻ em

Pet Keypad không hướng tới trẻ dưới 13 tuổi, không thuộc Designed for Families.

11. Lưu trữ & lựa chọn của bạn

• Dữ liệu cục bộ: đến khi xóa dữ liệu app hoặc gỡ cài
• Analytics/ads/crash: theo chính sách lưu trữ của Google
• Có thể tắt Pet Keypad trong Cài đặt bàn phím Android bất cứ lúc nào

12. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

Google Play Billing, AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Google Play Services — mỗi dịch vụ có chính sách riêng.

13. Thay đổi

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách khi tính năng hoặc yêu cầu pháp lý thay đổi.
